All shirts purchased through MJ's come with embroidery and patchwork. This form is for all other custom jobs. In the description box below, please include the following information: RDOs, desired drop-off date, unit, and embroidery name if you are having that done as well.
Once your order has been placed, please have your items packed up and labeled, and leave them in your unit's main control for us to pick up.
